About DLR Debra Levine Realty is a FULL SERVICE real estate company in Southern California that offers a DISCOUNT COMMISSION program. Since 1983, we have served home sellers, buyers and borrowers in over 700 successful transactions throughout Los Angeles and Ventura County areas. We are a family owned company with minimal overhead. Since we don't pay franchise fees to the national companies, we are able to pass these savings on to our clients. Having closed over $250 million in loans through multiple FHA, FNMA and conventional loan programs, we also offer the option of obtaining financing or advising on financing options.
