Worst customer service. Should have known... when I walked in, there was already issues with 2 customers in front of me. Woman at counter was not helpful at all and stated some policy that was untrue, as I called corporate to verify. Never will return.

Service was Horrible, the blonde clerk there on Dec. 7th at 7:30 pm is racist and would not cash my check because I am of Hispanic decent. When I walked in and walked up to the window she would not even speak to me, or respond to any of my questions when I asked her why she was refusing to cash my 2 week old check. She said she had to verify my check, she refused to take ID. She refused to give me her full name all she would give me was her fisrt name - if that is even her name."Beth". Beth gave us American citizens the WORST service for a $100 dollar check. SHe even called the company that wrote the check to us. She SHOULD NOT BE WORKING IN A CUSTOMER SERVICE FIELD !!!!! She refused to cash my check. I am beyond dissatisfied with her service.

Worst customer service. I feel disrespected by the lady behind the counter every time I go. She is rude and does not treat customers the right way. I will not go there again by the way she has treated me today
