HRDE is committed to community service that improves the quality of life for individuals and families.HRDE and Unity Housing, Inc. have continually met this mission by successfully assisting thousands of West Virginians through advocacy, empowerment and the successful administration of a wide variety of employment, occupational skill training and educational programs along with almost 1000 units of subsidized housing for elderly, financially disadvantaged and disabled individuals.
