Crocks lieing tried to bill me for something that wasn't even broken tell he was done working on it lucky I am mechanic so was able catch the lier so just feel bad about the people that don't know better. Be careful recommend finding some else

Burts mower does not try to repair if a part needs to be located. I took a 3 year old Ryobi to get fixed. Paul said his supplier did not carry the part and said was no longer available. He did not try to find the part. When i found it online and mentioned it he got a little on the defense. Asked if he would install the part if i got it and said no. To do it myself. I paid 40 dollars to be told to fix myself. Anyone dealing with this business should ensure that you try to locate parts on own before picking up your gear. But was more than willing to show me new weed eaters. Be very cautious of the business and their dealings.

Burt does a fine job with my mower repair. He also gets hard to find parts for me. He is about six weeks behind in the summer though, so get your mower in early.
