Been at Riverwood almost 2 yrs.Specifically asked about noise before lease signed~was told it was very quiet & well insulated.Live on first floor & can hear car alarms & motorcycles in underground parking, TV & voices from next door & EVERYTHING from upstairs.Apt has one small wall unit for air conditioning. 2 tiny "hall" closets.Grounds not well maintained in that the complex is advertised as "pet friendly" but trash (cigarettes, straws, wrappers, gum) & feces are present most days despite having "dog depots" located around property. Used to be trash cans in lobbies but were removed. Only 6 washers/dryers provided per Phase I buildings (35+ units per building). No rent increase the 1st year but $20/mo hike for 2nd year. Pros~Close to Target & Oak Leaf Park, includes free wireless internet when working (plus very slow-can't stream internet or Netflix movies), plenty of outside parking and one underground spot, dishwasher, safe community, friendly office staff. Its ok,but its not luxury

IT is impossible to get them to fix anything around here. My washer has been broken for several weeks now and I cant get a straight answer about when they are going to fix it. for luxury apartments these are surely not luxurious!!
