Kim, the owner is amazing doing GEL only nails, once she gets a handle of the shape of your nail and what works best for you; you are in great hands. I have gone upto 4 weeks without retouch...off course at four weeks they don't look good but only because they have grown but that gel is still there!! great quality brand and nail technician. Very disappointed in the service I received. Went in with my daughter and her friend the place was empty more than enough room to allow us to be put together yet they had me in the other side of the salon. Thinking they were going to move us like the often do but they never did. All in all a terrible experience. When I asked to have them fix the shape of the nail the girl spoke to someone in another language and they laughed. Never did get the shape I wanted. I finally gave up. I will find another place to go. They were rude and I felt like I was being pushed through an assembly line.

I am a regular customer and have been very pleased with the services at Empress Nail Spa until my last visit. I had gone in for a pedi and gel mani. Usually my operator will apply remover, cotton and foil to my finger tips and then start the pedi.(It's a great time saver as gel polish takes a lot of time to come off.) On this visit, no one started my finger nails first. (Again a big time saver!) When I asked the operator if she would do that for me, she said something to someone in another language and nothing happened. It was a week day and not at all busy. Three operators were relaxed with their cell phones. Eventually someone strolled over and applied remover to my nails. I found the whole experience very disappointing and a poor reflection on your business. I can't think of any other customer service environment where personal cell phone use is considered acceptable by employees on the sales floor. It looks bad, it's rude and it's very unprofessional.

I have been hete 3 times now. Linda does a FABULOUS job and keeps conversation with you. Prices are competitive.

service is great! I have had pedicures around the Oak Creek, South Milwaukee area and this is my top choice!!! They use wonderful warm towels on your legs and feet as part of your treatment, what a treat! Hand painted designes on your toes nails. A must try shop in the area!!!!
