Our therapists specialize in areas such as eating disorders, self-injury, anxiety, depression, couples counseling, family issues, divorce, parenting, mood disorders, anger management, ADHD, and mental performance training for athletes. We believe you are the expert of your own life and aim to assist you in navigating your challenges with adaptive coping skills and a greater sense of fulfillment.
