She is a great doctor. They always call and remind me of my appointment. The office help is great.

1st visit to this office. Appointment setup by spouse 2 months in advance. Never received a call from the office to remind me of the appointment. When I called to cofirm, they gave me the worng date. Requested I show up 10 minutes in advance of appointment for paper work. Signed in 15 minutes in advance. Waited 37 minutes from the time appointment scheduled. MD or staff never came out to tell me they were running behind. Identified I had to one hour set aside. Receptionist idntified the next earliest appointment would be October. Ask them to call me to reschedule. Gave me a card and ask me to mae my own appointment. Receptionist could not remember whether or not they took a co-pay. Staff not rude, but definitely lack compassion and respect for patients time. If I treated my clients this way, no doubt I would be fired. What was I there to see this MD for ... removal of a wart of the tip of my left index finger. Hope your experience does proceed down the same path.
