General Info

A home Inspector will be on site for approximately 2 to 4 hours depending and on the size of the home and requested inspection services. During the inspection you are welcome to follow the inspector and ask questions throughout the process. Upon completion of the inspection the home inspector will prepare a Property Inspection Report including: -Condition of the components of the home -Critical and minor defects -Critical and minor expenditures - Areas to observe in the near future -Home preservation suggestions
