Very nice and understanding. They backed up everything I asked them to back up as well as documents I didnt necessarily ask them to do. These guys are the best kept secret in St. Louis. EVERY time I have had a computer issue, these guys have been there to help me. I have tried the Geek Squad and all I have done is spent money with usually no resolution. I just recently had an urgent problem and they were there. Leo will stop everything he is doing and figure out what is going on. Once time I needed my laptop fixed NOW. He let me trade in my laptop so that I walked out with a new and better one for under $180. I love the new one. These guys can fix anything!!! Yvonne

My husband wanted to upgrade our computer for a new game that was coming out. We shopped around and to change the power supply & graphics card would have cost us nearly $500. After reading reviews about this place, we had to check them out. We are so glad we did!!! For labor, new graphics card, new power supply and switching our vista over to windows 7 cost us not to break the bank. Way less than what best buy, walmart & another computer place wanted to charge if just bought the pieces and did it ourself. I've been recommending this company to a lot of people. The only complaint I have is now I don't see my husband anymore, he loves his (not ours anymore) new computer! lol
