Store in Ofallon Mo is not the friendlies place to go. I do understand that you get all kinds of people but at least if you think they are idiots don't act like you think they are idiots. There is a lot of people who do not have as much experience with pools as your employees have, so when we ask a question thats because we just don't know and are looking for some advise. With that being said, I would also like to add when you have your hours posted on the door those should be your hours of operation not 5 till or 7 till or 10 till.I have been in retail for many many years and if any of my employees closed or locked a door and then gave the customer an attitude they would not be working for me anymore. Just some friendly advise,US idiots that bought their pool from you and also comes back to buy supplies from you ,are also the same idiots that pay your salaries.
