Established in 1993 LDC Inc. has been providing services to Architects, Developers, Realtors, Owners and General Contractors for residential, Commercial, retail, industrial, Municipal and recreational applications and projects. LDC's extensive design capabilities are the direct result of a carefully planned integration of professional skills, acquired hands-on experience, and applied advanced technology. Engineers, surveyors, managers, designers and technicians are thoroughly trained in the use of autocad, facilitating efficient, timely and cost effective execution of projects. Computer aided drafting and design (CADD) is an example of this internal resource utilized in engineering and surveying and the preparation of engineering and site development plans.
