Provided by DexKnowsReceived a bid for services on Friday, 20 Nov and on 30 Nov they called back to advise they wanted to withdraw the bid and 'not do the work'. I requested they explain the situation and the individual advised that they misquoted and 'went too low' for the services requested. I requested a new bid for the same services, they advised that they didnâÂÂt want to. I further requested that they explain if this is a commonality with their business practices with all their customers and they advised that they did not wish to comment further. I further advised I would be contacting the BBB as a result of this interaction, the comment back from the Tub Doctor was, "Yeah, good luck with that bud". The Tub Doctor keeping it classy and professional. Do yourself a favor and seek service from anyone but these guys.
