My mother purchased a recliner & rocker/recliner & chose a beautiful sample fabric in the store for them to be upholstered in. The cost was over $2,000. When the chairs were delivered, they did not look anything like what was chosen. The material was 'shiny' It 'glowed' & you could not even see the pattern. I went to La-Z-Boy to view fabric sample again & it was not shiny as on chairs. Also wanted to forewarn other shoppers of this if they were to choose the same fabric. The manager said the fabric sample was new & we were the first to order it. She would have the decorator telephone & come out to view the recliners. You guessed it. No one ever came out or even telephoned. She mentioned contacting the fabric company to find out about the material, but bet that didn't happen either. Am so disappointed that they did not follow through on what she said they would do. After La-Z-Boy got their money, the customer service went away and yet, all it took was a simple telephone call.
