I went into this Commerce Bank this morning to cash a personal check from someone who has a Commerce Bank account. My bank is 15 minutes away so I figured it would be more convenient to just go there. That was a huge mistake! The doors were still locked when it was time to open. I was the first one in line and stood there for a good three to four minutes before the teller, Karen, greeted me because she was busy wiping her glasses and her name tag. Then it took her at least ten minutes to enter info on my two ID's into the system. When she was done, she said, "Wow! All that work for only $51." I was shocked by how rude she was. I said, "$51 may be a big deal to someone! That is such a rude thing to say!" I couldn't believe what a flake without a filter they have as a teller. Hey Karen, think before you speak!
