I am so glad that I chose Titanium Laboratories to address my bedbug problem. I had heard that having an infestation can be a nightmare. Luckily our situation wasn't that dire and the people at Titanium were extremely fast, efficient, friendly, and helpful in dealing with the bugs. We are now bedbug free and we didn't have to throw anything in the garbage because of it. I would use their services again in a heartbeat and I would recommend them to anyone with a pest problem.

We moved to a new house and found that we weren't the only occupants. ICK! The carpet beetles and spiders I could squish, but the centipedes and jumping spider-like cricket things that look like some science experiment gone horribly wrong were going to do me in. (I found out from the exterminator that these are called "Cave Crickets")I had heard from my neighbors that they'd been unhappy with Orkin, so I did a web search and found Titanium. I'm SO glad I did! First, I was shocked when the receptionist was cordial...and then nearly passed out when she said they could have someone out SAME DAY. My husband nearly fell over when, in fact, the guy did show up...and ON TIME! He was fabulous! He talked with us, went over the house thoroughly, then did his thing. This was back in early March. It's now June and I have yet to see any live creepie crawlies in my house.I never thought I'd gush about a pest control service...but I'm in love!

I contacted Titanium Laboratories for a second opinion re: mold in a basement for a new house I am buying. The difference between the level of service I received from Titanium was night and day when compared to the first mold company! The first company took an air sample and gave me a two page report that said what kind of mold was found. I was left with more questions than answers. So, I called Titanium. On first impression, the people that answer the telephone actually answer, which is very rare these days. The answered all of my questions, and at that point I knew I was in good hands. Steve did my inspection - he is so polite and knowledgeable. After the inspection, I got a report that explained why the mold was in the basement, what was found at the lab, and HOW TO GET RID OF IT. Even my closing attorney said yours was the best report he's ever seen. Thanks Titanium - I am so happy I found you and will recommend you to everyone I know. You are true professionals.
I called Titanium and got immediate assistance - they are extreemely knowlegeable and I have had no problems since the treatment! I am so happy with Titanium - trust no one else!
