very good ...and affordable BEST calamari

I have lived in this area for just about 30 yrs. I recently read a review on Lou's and decided to try it. Well after eating pizza for everywhere in nutley and beyond...I have to say the BEST I have had in a very long time....WOW!!!! old school....

I love loue's :) the food is good and they make you feel like part of the family.

We ordered for Vallentines Day. Their buffalo chicken pizza is the best I've ever had in town. Their chicken parm and sausage sandwiches were stellar. Can't wait to order again. They don't drown everything in sauce so it's a party in your mouth! You taste all the wonderful flavors. I saved the BEST for last OMG TRY THEIR CALAMARI ITS THE BEST!!!

I've been to Loue's Place several times and always VERY pleased with all the meals my family has had. From the Pizza to the Shrimp Francese... this place is extremely satisfying! I have had other meals such as the fried calamari, eggplant panini (my favorite) and the penne vodka... It's a must try!!!!!!!!!

They absolutely have the best margarita pie in the county.

I do their pest control and I must say the kitchen is immaculate. The food is excellent. Definitely recommend this place to eat. Which as a pest control person I don't get the ability to do since a lot of places aren't very sanitary. Great job Loue.

I have lived in this area of Nutley since 1985 Could Loue's be the neighborhood restaurant we need? Having now tasted the penne with vodka sauce, eggplant parm, salads and pizza - I say YES! will be back, hopefully for may years to come congratulations!

Our daughter went here with friends for a quick slice. She came home saying it was good. We had nothing to eat and decided to give this place a try last night. We ordered 2 pies. They were thinner type crust and the sauce and cheese were blended very nicely using the entire edge of the crust with sauce and cheese. Nice fresh dough. Good sauce and nice cheese flavor. I would recommend these guys, especially if you don't want to deal with Franklin Ave.
