A small group of friends (5) had lunch at rubees this week. It was clean, the staff was very friendly and helpful. It did take quite a bit of time to get our food after ordering, so if you need a quick bite, keep looking. The sweet tea was excellent, cornbread rolls, tradional, I had real mashed potatoes w/lumps, they were very good. I also had turnip greens that were seasoned perfectly, the green beans were pretty good, and I also had macaroni&tomatoes, it was a bit lacking in taste. Then the waitress brought out a dessert tray with blackberry cobler, chocolate cake for two, and three varieties of the most mouth watering cheesecake. I would drive back out there just to have dessert. I would definitely eat at Rubees again.
