I absolutely LOVE the service of this dealership. The personal relationship that is formed from the moment you walk in the door is wonderful!!! No pressure at all!!! I've leased cars for well over 15yrs and I have never remembered my sales rep and have NEVER been interested in being a recurrent customer. However, when I met John Treharne and his wife Debbie, when my sister leased her vehicle from them last year, the exceptional service then made me voluntarily commit to returning to them when my lease came due! I am now leasing my new 2013 Mkx that was an extreme pleasure getting from this dealership! Everyone that I came in contact with there was a pleasure.
