I was truly skeptical of how I could eat so few calories and not feel hungry, but the program is worth every penny, and guides you very easily down the path to weight loss. So many great tips and very supportive and professional staff! Thanks for helping me lose inches and pounds in comfort and for inspiring confidence in myself!
I have done 2 weeks of pre-diet conditioning and 3 days of the actual diet (VLC 700). I lost 12.2 in the first 2 weeks and 3.4 in the first 3 days. I've got an enormous amount to lose and I know it will get harder, but I'm encouraged by my early success. Those first two weeks were easy once I started drinking all of my water... filled me up and I didn't struggle with hunger. I actually ate out about 10 times during those two weeks and had yummy dinners. I have added walking to my daily routine... 2-3 miles/day. It's been invigorating. I'm not pleased with the food portion of the diet and probably would have liked the meal replacement plan better. I dislike salad and that's a key ingredient, so I'm hoping that gets easier. All in all, I think I made a great decision and love the people at the center. Accountability is going to be key for my success.
I love all the options that are available to help meet my weight loss goals. The staff is caring and genuine, not condescending, like I have experienced at my family physician's office. I found a deal online for 25% off when I started and that was what tipped the scales (so to speak) in their favor. I have not been disappointed with my decision!
