We offer an outstanding array of programs: fitness assessments, wellness seminars and workshops, nutrition counseling, group fitness classes, individual and small group personal training, and our total package ONE Fit Challenge. Our programs are customized for each individual and organization, we are fully insured for liability purposes, and we each have over 20 years of human resource and corporate finance experience plus over 12 years of combined expertise in the fitness, nutrition and wellness industry. We enjoy participating at health fairs, charity functions and other special events to spread our wellness vision and motivate others.
