Manager Julie Gentry was very helpful in assisting me!!

I moved new to the area and after having a brutal experience at another Salon, my experience here was quite refreshing. I was so close to literally jumping in my car and driving a good hour to my old salon. Not only after calling last minute were they able to squeeze me in for an appointment with a color specialist but they were able to give me decent results that I was satisfied with. The energy in the salon is something else, in a good way of course and it's nice that you have the option to pay for your blow dry or do it yourself. I know I've always had problems having other people blow dry my hair. It was nice that even though I got the blow dry done by someone I felt like she put the effort in, she didn't do a half tush job like most stylists will do after the finish when it is included. The color is great and I was so glad that they were honest about how my hair actually was and didn't lie to me or do anything that would have damaged it beyond repair like I've had at my previous experience. So all in all Great Job I will be back for sure! I could literally jump and hug you guys!! AMAZING JOB LADIES!

Although they have a nice shop, the place is pricey and the haircuts are mediocre...nothing you couldn't get anywhere else. I was a client for about 2 years and used the same stylist...only got increases in price and the stylist took me for granted, being late half the time (usually on the phone in the back room). Yes, I tipped well so I don't believe this was the issue. I'm a nice guy and don't ask or expect too much, but I thought that I was paying for the building rather than for a good hair cut.

This is a FANTASTIC place to go! They are departmentalized so everyone you see is amazing at what they do. I always start with Mary for my manicure, when shes doing that Ashley my colorist comes over and covers me grays, (she also does amazing highlights!) then I go to a girl named Sam for my cuts, she makes my curly (horrible) hair look better than ever before. Sam also teaches me how to deal with my hair! This whole salon is fantastic.

What a great experience! I am new in town, and found the Agosta Salon & Spa on the internet...Everyone you see there specializes in what they do...I saw both a colorist and a stylist and loved my new look!...Everyone there is so friendly, from the receptionists to the service providers...I can't wait to go back!
