I had my watch band broken ( Tag Heuer, Stainless Steel band), near watch case and I visited many jewelry stores to have it repaireed, but no one could do it, but Fast-Fix Jewelry Repairs in White Marsh Mall did it. The repair was done while I was shopping. It was fast and very professional service.

A ring was too small and I took it there to adjust the size---they did a terrible job, the band looked terrible, it was all uneven and the where they added the gold was smaller than the rest of the band. If there is jewelry you want to have a continue to look after repairs--don't use these people.

This does not seem to be a review they want you to know about. I took a 3 diamond, .40 per diamond, diamond ring in to have prongs rebuilt. The middle stone, under one prong came back with a chip under the prong--all stones were checked upon receipt of ring & was told all stones were okay. Store will not stand behind the quality of their poor craftsmanship! Their work is very poor. Here, I suggest you only have a battery put in a watch or purchase something--no repairs, that's at your own risk.

I took 3 rings in for sizing and I have never seen such a messy job--the bands were perfect and by the time I received them back, you should tell where it was sized and it was so evident. I was also told that if you bring in a 14k gold ring, they size it with mixed metals and not 14k or 12k gold.

I've been going to Fast-Fix for years. They always do a wonderful job with my watches and jewelry. Their engraving service is also great. They have a vast selection of charms, watch bands, and fossil watches. The best part is that they are able to repair most things within the hour so I can drop off my items, go eat or shop, and pick up my items on my way out. The owners are very nice and respectable people. Definitely check this place out!!
