Cedar Creek Catering was founded after Chef CJ spent the past 15+ years working in diverse food establishments from corporate kitchens, to luxury hotels and more recently, a boutique cancer treatment facility. During this time, Chef CJ continued to apply his knowledge and passion of preparing delicious, healthy meals sourced from the freshest seasonal ingredients and turned it into Cedar Creek Catering.
