The nursing staff in the Norwich office is the rudest, laziest, most uncaring staff I have ever encountered in my life. The first time I went into the office, the two staff women were looking at a magazine and did not acknowledge me until I asked for help, and then they rolled their eyes and literally made me feel like I was bothering them. Then, on another occasion a few weeks later, I had an urgent situation where I was in excruciating pain and needed advise, so I called them and they informed me that they could not let the doctor know I was on the phone and that I could come in and get advise in 5 WEEKS!!! When I stressed that I couldn't wait that long, they suggested I call another doctor. They had no sympathy or compassion at all. They just didn't care. Good luck to anyone who goes there.
