Good service, and they will accommodate extra pick-ups pretty easily. But you better not mail in your bill payment so it arrives at their office *on the day that its due*, or make an on-line payment via credit card *one day before* it's due, because Bert Adams Disposal will charge you a silly 2% finance fee. Great customer service, huh? When I called to complain, someone in their office said that payments have to be received by 10am, but they don't get their mail until the early afternoon. Pretty convenient excuse to try and raise their revenues. I guess they are desperate to squeeze a couple of extra bucks out of their customers. Sounds slightly illegal to me. I can't drop off my payment in person on the due date, but as an out-of-date rental owner who is a Bert Adams Disposal customer, I wonder if the "locals" also get charged a "finance fee". Probably not...
