Unfortunately trying to support a local business has been a disaster. New dishwasher approximately 4 months old broke Down. After calling to get a service appt we had to wait 2 plus weeks because of vacations. Understood and patiently waited. At service appt, appliance could not be repaired because a part needed to be ordered. Understood and patiently waited 2. Weeks before calling again to see if the part that was to take 7-10 days came in yet. Another week and a half later repairman came back, wrong part. Repair man was apologetic and told me he would have service next day the correct part. Two days later I called Keith's after not hearing. I was told they would check to see where the part was and call me back. It was late morning. At 530 I had heard nothing and called again. Service was closed and salesman was rude. Won't be shopping at Keith's anymore. 6 weeks later brand new dishwasher is still not fixed. Very disappointed
