This business goes by different names and different locations (ie: Norwich & Bozrah) - sometimes listed as an LLC and sometimes listed as DBA but all with the same phone number. Took our $500 deposit in July 2021 - disappeared - is now 9/26/21 and does not respond to phone calls, texts or express mail lettters.
Hired J&M to install new water heater on 4/21/2017. They also ended up installing new hot/cold water pipes due to deteriorating copper pipes and a new filter for water which contains a lot of lead. They were knowledgeable, skilled and reasonably priced for the work. I would hire again.
We first contacted because our propane furnace said "service" and mike called asking if we had hot water. It was 8 pm and he would have come if we did not. He goes the extra mile and makes sure he explains everything and has a lot of pride in doing work with excellence. He and Sean are pleasant and easy to talk to. They are knowledgeable and clean up after their job. We have been happy with 3 jobs so far. Our home built in the 50s is now needing replacement of crumbling pipes and new well pump and more like getting sand in our pipes from our well which they have fixed. If they are running late they call. I recommend J&M Plumbing.
