Asking for help can often be a difficult thing to do. My goal is to provide my clients a safe, nurturing environment that allows them to explore and seek the help that they need or want. My experience includes, but is not limited to, working with families that have children on the autistic spectrum, children on the autistic spectrum (including Asperger's and PDD, NOS), depression, anxiety, and life transitions. I provide parenting assistance as well as family, couples, and individual therapy. Clinical Member of American Association of Marriage & Family Therapists (AAMFT), and Connecticut Association of Marriage & Family Therapists (CAMFT). Alumni of Antioch New England Graduate School.
