I went there to get my truck washed and got my passenger mirror ripped off. When they finally contacted me they refused to pay for any damages because my truck was more than 10 years old. I've since heard lots of bad things from other people. If this is how they do business they won't get anymore of mine. Beware!!!!!!

Took our new 2017 Fiesta there for a wash and drove straight home and was putting tire shine on our tires and noticed a smudge on my driver's side fender under the headlight. Went straight back and made an incident report and the girl working came out and took a picture and said mgr will call me the following day. Well he called and said he reviewed the video and said the smudge was there I told him there have been numerous reports made about cars being damaged, his comment those are all bogus. I told him I'd coming Thursday to view the video myself. Contacted corporate and the lady said she was going there the following day and she would call me later that day. Told her I was gonna make a police report and she asked me to hold off till she called me later that following day. She never called,I went to the carwash around 930am and the mgr wasn't there of course. The other guy called the corporate lady and she said she forgot about a mgrs meeting and will text me a time to come back and review the video. I went ahead and stopped and made the police report. The officer told me they had around 7-8 reports made of damages to vehicles from that carwash. I went back at 2pm to review the video and he kept saying he could see it when the video is too far away, he kept saying it was by my door and showed me the picture the girl took and you can clearly see the bottom of my headlight. I argued with him telling him what he is pointing too was road salt on my car, I told him about all the police reports that were made against his carwash and his comment was " you can't believe everything you read on Facebook" I informed him it wasn't anything of FB it was from the officer and the police reports you can see online. I will tell you this he is rude and condescending and will NOT believe anything a customer says and will basically call you a liar.. At that place the customer is NEVER EVER EVER EVER RIGHT!!!!!!! IF YOU VALUE YOU VEHICLE I ADVISE TO JUST GO TO ANOTHER ONE HERE IN NORWALK OR GO TO THE ONE IN SANDUSKY. The only thing this carwash is good for is the vacuums.
