Our Principal, Wayne D'Avanzo, is a licensed Professional Engineer and a Graduate of the University of New Haven. Mr. D'Avanzo has over 30 years of combined engineering and zoning experience in the local market. Our Firm's experience includes site plan development of single family residences, residential subdivisions, commercial buildings, schools, hospitals and shopping centers.
