This place is an absolute rip off! They had us call Poison Control (a $60 call) and said they would not treat our puppy for swallowing a sleeping pill until we talked to Poison Control. Poison Control said nothing needed to be done but they carged us over $200 for treatment without our permission. DONT GO HERE!
I had never been here prior to needing their services last weekend. This was a blind referral, and by far the best animal emergency care experience I've ever had. The vet on duty was caring and sympathetic - yet thorough in his approach to diagnosing the stray animal I brought in. The staff were all kind and understanding. This place comes in second only to my primary vet. I will be going here for any future animal emergency needs.
