First of all, I think I might have wrecked my suspension going through "Country Inn" (AKA J&K Service) lot. It's been a while since I've seen so many pot holes in a gasoline station lot. My moms hometown in Mexico has better paved streets, and theyre paved with stones. Anyway, based on GasBuddy's quoted price of $2.43/gallon, I decided to go there instead of any of the stations in Atchison, since the ones in Atchison were higher in price. Besides, J&K was on my way home. I had no clue they charge 5 cents extra if you pay by credit card! I found out when I got home and looked at the receipt and found it read $2.48!! There was no warning either. No sign on the pump about credit purchase being charged more. Plus, I had to go inside the store to get my receipt! The attendant obviously could not determine which pump my vehicle was parked at, so he had to ask me how much the receipt should be for. Wow! Real modern! No thanks. Not going back to that station ever!
