I would like to rate this company "0 star" if it were possible! Although I am not in the habit of writing reviews I felt I had to warn other potential customers. I needed a cab in the morning - and placed my order the evening before so that I would not be late. The first morning I was on the phone 15 minutes with the driver who tried to convince me that neither my street, nor my home number exist. The following morning the cab was 25 minutes late, came only after numerous calls, missed the house, did not even come into the driveway, so I had to run after it and had a horrible fall on the ice in front of the house. The inside of the cab reeked of tobacco smoke. There was no apology on either mornings. I am extremely angry...

Always there for me. Any time any where.

Needed a taxicab they were there. No problem.

On time,friendly,safe drivers. Have rode with them for 20 years whenever I am in Muskegon. Have their number on my phone.

The cab smelled like pot, the driver drove like a maniac. Never again!
