The Safety Council of Northwest Ohio, also known as SCNWO, is a nonprofit, community-based organization. Incorporated in 1960, it offers a range of workplace and consulting services. The organization administers a bike safety program. The Safety Council of Northwest Ohio provides a variety of resource materials, such as brochures and pamphlets. The organization also administers the Certified Occupational Safety Specialist (COSS) course. It offers a selection of safety products. The Safety Council of Northwest Ohio works in collaboration with American Safety & Health Institute and J.J. Keller & Associates. The council maintains an audiovisual library, as well as provides membership options.
