I learned a valuable lesson today. We bought a replacement umbrella for our patio set, which only lasted one week before it began to fall apart. When I took it back the sales person told me a bird must have got to it, and there was nothing she could do. "Sorry for your luck." So the lesson I learned is that I will never go back to this store for any additional patio furniture. Unfortunately for Patio Plus, we are in the market for lounge chairs and a fire pit. I was looking to spend around $2,000. A friend has also been looking for new furniture for his deck. I was able to persuade him to look elsewhere. Maybe Patio Plus should take this a lesson as well. They lost approximately $5,000 in sales because they refused to work with me over a $129 issue.

I have had a few interactions with not only the owner but a few employees. I have received nothing but rude behavior and snarky comments from each. Rude, rude, rude people. I will NEVER be purchasing or recommending this place to anyone.
