Quick and courteous response to an issue with a package that was never delivered to my home and held at their facility. No explanation as to what happened but the young man was happy to check on the package and see that it gets delivered today.

I spoke with a customer service person named "Candy" on Monday morning 6-29-15 around 7:30 am and am just writing to comment on how truly helpful and pleasant she was. I was trying to track down a package and she went to verify that it was in fact still at the terminal and even went to the door to confirm how late the outlet was open so I could pick it up. I hope someone at the terminal actually reads this and shares my comments with her. Exceptional customer service with a smile!!
