I move to the area and got a puppy and just didn't want to drive far to a vet. Called her office and was very impressed with her, she made DAX feel so comfortable. He had no idea she was giving him several shots. Her staff was understanding when I had to reschedule DAX's surgery. Love her and her staff.

Did a GREAT job on my dog . The operation was good. Also trimmed her nails when she was out !! The girl out front acts like a kid, not professional at all ! But by all means come for the Doctor !! :)

Took our healthy,active 1 year-old dog for his booster shots Friday. He was lethargic over the week-end,was having difficulty walking,and began developing lumps on the back of his neck. Took him back to Furry Friends 3 times. I was told "He's having a bad reaction"and "Maybe it's a disc problem". The lumps merely rated a "Hmmm". I was fed up and wisely took our dog to a RELIABLE animal hospital. The diagnosis is that he developed blood clots that entered his circulatory system and rendered his back legs virtually useless and the lumps on the neck were hives that became infected. Both are a direct result from the injections that were given at Furry Friends. My family and I are praying our sweet dog recovers from this trauma, but I will NEVER,NEVER,EVER take another animal to Furry Friends.I only hope no other pets and their families have an experience like this.

The staff at Furry Friends are very compassionate. I was so touched by how caring they were when I had to have our precious perry put to sleep. They sent us a sympathy card that meant so much us. Dr. Busshaus was so loving as she took care of him during this past year and allowed me to be with him when we made the difficult decision to release him from his suffering.there office is clean and quiet. I would highly recommend this practice.

Not happy with the quality of care one bit- charged me for ultra sound on my dog and said the dog wasn't pregnant- turns out 3 weeks later my dog had puppies- when I called her about it she became vulgar with me- poor business etiquette!

Absolute love the staff at furry friends! Their always very helpful no matter what questions I may have, and they treat my dogs amazing. Love that I've found a vet that isn't just after my money but rather the well being of my furry kids!

All I can say is I love her. I've been to many vets over the years, but Kayann is a great listener, kind, down to earth, and cares about animals. She has been taking great care of my two shih tzus since she has been in Northumberland. Thanks for caring for Kaci and Brianna and they say thank you too. Oh almost forgot, her prices are very reasonable compared to other vets.

I'm really thankful to Kayann Busshaus for taking such good care of our cat Rexy! He's had so many problems with his urinary tract I didn't think he was going to survive. After having his urethra ruptured and blatter punctured at the emergency clinic in Watsontown I thought he was a goner. After having pu surgery and his blatter repaired the charges were only a little over 800 dollars!

My one cat was having some health problems. I had never been to this clinic but it was close to where I lived and I always wanted to try it. When I called, they made room for me right away. Kayann was understanding and compassionate and listened to me about my love for my cat. Her prices are fair. I will be taking my other cats to her as well.

My experience with Dr Busshaus and all her staff has been nothing short of terrific. Everyone is caring and professional. I've dealt with many vets over the years and Furry Friends has proven to be one of the very best. Too many clinics have evolved into 'businesses' and charges reflect that. I wouldn't take my Ozzy anywhere else. Thank you Dr. Busshaus and everyone at Furry Friends.

This office is clean and calm and pleasant for your pet. Also the vet is so extremely kind and caring, helpful. She goes above and beyond to help the pet and the pet''s family. I highly recommend this clinic.
