      They caused me to lose my medical insurance coverage. While their packaging service is okay and the people are friendly enough, their mail delivery service leaves a lot to be desired. I was a postal client there. I signed a short term contract for 3 months since I was in the process of moving to a new place. Once my contract was near to expire, I filed a change of address with them. I was told by the owner that they did not forward mail and that I should file it with the USPS, which I did. I got a letter from the USPS stating they do not forward mail from a CMRA (commercial mail receiving agency) and that according to postal regulations, the CMRA has to remail mail to a former customer for 6 months after expiration of contract (I would be charged the extra postage). Even though the proprietor had my email address, new address and phone number and had agreed to notify me by emial or phone should I get any mail, he never notified me that I had received any. On occasion I would stop by just to see if he had any mail for me, curious as to why I had not gotten any mail. Sometimes he had a letter (from the state of fed. gov't} but most of the time he had nothing. I happened to stop by two weeks into this past January to check once more and he pulled out three letters dated from latter Nov to early Dec. of 2014, all from my state health insurance program. One letter was requesting additional information for my insurance renewal and the other letters were stating that because they had not received the requested information, they were canceling my medical insurance. DO NOT rely on this place for your mail service.
