I am a very satisfied customer with Image Nails-Northport.

They are absolutely fabulous! All the techs there are so nice and very customer friendly. This was my first visit to the salon and I must say they are the most impressive in town. I've seen numerous people around with beautiful nails and every time I've asked who they were done by, everyone's response would be Image Nails. I was very pleased and will be making this place a permanent location. Prices are great as well!

They're amazing, I've been coming here for years, and I haven't ever liked any place better. I feel like family when I walk in there, everyone is so nice and caring. My husband, by accident, got me a gift card to another salon, and it was terrible. They really can't compare to Image Nails. I highly reccommend them!

My visit was terrible, at Images in Northport. I got the solar nails. I picked a light pink as my nailbed color. I noticed while the nail tech applied the acrylic the pink was to dark. I told her this pink is to dark, she stated wait until I put the clear on and it will lighten up. She proceeded to apply dark pink acrylic to my nailbed. My nailbed was dark pink with thick white brush painted tips. I told the tech I want them off, she didn't listen she proceeded to get the solar heat to dry my nails. She also spoke her native langue to her family. She was loud to me told me I should have said some. I told her Iwant to soak the nails off, she yelled and clipped my real nails with the acrylic. I told her to slow down because she clipped my nails, going to fast and could hurt me. I thought she would soak the nails off but she didn't. However she clip my nails to the quick and left the acrylic on my nail bed. This nail salon is family owned. Her family was there, no one cared!
