You were very conscientious and interested during the intake discussion of my upholstery problem and the complexity in its repair.
I have very positive feelings about your knowledge of the trade.
My small issue (not five stars) was that on one occasion I was left on hold until my call finally dropped and on another, you're Mailbox was full when I tried to send additional comments on scheduling and my SMS was not acknowledged.
Overall I'm happy to be an old Sid's customer at the new Sid's.
Had Mr. Sid’s address a concern of some delaminating wood trim on my car and a damaged air vent. Hector was able to repair the wood trim but unfortunately, not the vent. I was impressed with their great communication and will have some upholstery work done this winter.

Well I'll say the top is amazing! I don't think it looked that good new. I can't stop looking at it. I gave it a bath yesterday. It's like a new car.

I used Mr Sid's Fine Auto & RV Upholstery`s twice already. They had done excellent job. I would highly recommend this company to anyone.
Mr. Sid did an AWESOME job on my 1996 Impala upholstery in May 2010 I was VERY HAPPY!!!!!! Today I noticed a small cut on my front seat and I took it back to Mr. Sids........ Sid told me that he would repair it FREE OF CHARGE! In this day and age how many businesses would give you that GREAT customer service? I am a person when I am happy with a job well done I will let everyone I know and believe me I WILL......Thank you Mr. Sids
Sid and Dave did an absolutely spectacular upholstery and convertible top job on my rframe up estoration 1960 Oldsmobile 98 convertible and completed the job in a very short period of time. I absolutely plan to use them again for my 1954 Buick Roadmaster Convertible that currently undergoing frame up restoration. Absolutely the BEST !!
