Northglenn's Armadillo is one in a chain of more than a dozen Colorado-based Mexican restaurants. The extensive menu includes a large selection of south-of-the-border favorites, including burritos, enchiladas and tamales. The indecisive can create their own combination platters from a list of about a dozen items. A wine list is available. Not required.
