Master Brew was sold to Canteen a few years ago. It was family run and terrific for many years until ownership sold.

Is this the same one as in Wheeling? If it is, look elsewhere for quality service. We have one of their coffee makers in our office, and they keep having to come back to "fix" it. Their usual method of repair is to replace it, and then we have coffee again for one, maybe two days, max.

This is possibly the worst gangster type of organization that I have ever dealt with. The machines break down all the time, the repair men come out weekly to fix the garbage machines, typically not fixing them properly and requiring another repair call. The pop cans are filthy dirty, almost all of the candy and food items are typically about to expire within a month, and sometimes they even put in expired food. Since there is NEVER fresh dates, one might assume that they buy "old stock" at a cheap rate and fill the machines with that merchandise rather than buying fresh stuff. That does not stop them from raising the prices regularly and charging high rates. Aside from the bad machines, old food and basically a gangster way of doing business, they do all they can to LOCK YOU INTO A CONTRACT that you can't get out of. They have multiple versions of the terms and conditions which they can use to attempt "trick" a client into thinking that more time was left on the initial term, effectively causing the client to miss the actual window of time where the contact could have been canceled - thus automatically extending the contact for an extra 3 years and continuing in their gangster ways.



They come in and try to impress and get your business by giving free samples. They target the "stupid" low level employee and hope that they can get the contact signed before it ever touches the desk of someone who will actually read it and throw it away.



AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS.

When trying to settle issue with Master Brew's office personnell they were rude and unprofessional. I would not recommend them. I would try E-S-P Vending at 1-224-622-1727.
