I use Alphamed as a supplier of my Cpap machine and accesories needed for its operation. Up until today, they were satisfactory. After a recent sleep study, I was scheduled for a new face mask and a change in pressure. Because of my job, I needed to have a Saturday appt. One was made and I eagerly waited for the technician...and waited...and waited. I finally called and was told that someone had called me to reschedule because the supplies weren't in. No one had called on either phone home or cell. A lot of excuses were made and then he offered to go out to Northbrook to get the mask that I needed but if the supplies had not come in, how was he going to get it? I am changing my supplier. I don't like lies.
