  Sam Rees joined Caine Mitter in June 2021 with over 19 years of experience in fixed income capital markets, including 15 years at the Boston-based hedge fund Bracebridge Capital. Mr. Rees oversees data management at the firm, conducts weekly market, structuring, and best execution analysis, and advises on bond issuance pricings. Mr. Rees graduated from Colorado College in 2003 receiving a B.A. in Mathematical Economics. He received his M.S. in Investment Management from Boston University in 2009, graduating with honors. He received his CFA Charter in 2013.

  Bennett Greenfeld joined Caine Mitter in 2022 and has over three years of relevant capital market experience. Mr. Greenfeld assists in the structuring of mortgage-backed securities and the execution of their sale in the secondary market. In addition, he provides support to a wide range of advisory services, including bond pricing, consolidated cash flows analysis, arbitrage rebate, and bond redemption. Prior to working at Caine Mitter, Mr. Greenfeld worked at a wealth management firm. He graduated Cum Laude from Virginia Tech with a B.S. in Finance and Economics.

  Karen Marquis has 32 years of experience providing financial and quantitative services to Housing Finance Agencies and is proficient in both single and multifamily housing. Ms. Marquis is an expert in rating agency consultation, cash flow analysis, and bond program development. Prior to working with Caine Mitter, Ms. Marquis was with its predecessor firms, CGMS, Inc. and Caine Gressel Midgley Slater, Inc. Previously, she worked for a major computer services company. Ms. Marquis graduated Summa Cum Laude from the University of Massachusetts, earning a Bachelor of Business Administration with a major in Finance and a minor in Economics.
