Individual psychotherapy for teens and adults and play therapy for children. I have over 20 years of experience helping children, teens and adults with a range of concerns including anxiety, depression, life transitions, grief and loss, LGBTQ issues, chronic and life-threatening illness, relationship issues, work/life balance, parenting concerns, challenges around creativity and productivity and stress reduction. In addition to clinical social work, I also have a background in sensory integration therapy, expressive arts therapy and the use of mindfulness-based techniques to increase concentration and for the reduction of stress and anxiety. My style in individual therapy with adults is integrative and strength-based, drawing from cognitive-behavioral, psychodynamic and expressive therapies.
