I second that! This is the WORST card ever. Non existent customer service. You will never get in touch with them by phone. I am trying to pay this card off and cannot even get a live person so that I can find out what the payoff amount it! What a joke. Also, THE highest interest rates ever, they lied and changed the deal after I applied. Worst card for business, worst card for any reason.
