Great job very pleased with the service

I would not recommend this tree service! They have no customer service, fail to return phone calls and ignore the customer!

I was given a great estimate last fall and I called this spring of 2018 they said they would do the job then they stiffed me big time and never would return my phone calls they r a terrible company they dont keep their word , their word means nothing, absolutely nothing dont waste your time with Kelleys tree service in north tonawanda

BEWARE!! Nick is a scumbag and a thief. Not to mention he is a drug addict. BEWARE! He will lie, cheat and steal given the opportunity. Took him 3 months to take down my tree. Cracked my driveway. Left huge ruts in the yard. Refuses to make amends. Coincidentally my snap-on tool box and tools went missing the weekend after his junkie crew were at my house. BEWARE!!!

Nick and his crew did a GREAT job. Had a huge ash tree in a tight spot and also another tree in the front yard,the guys got the tree down in a timely fashion and safely. Did a great job cleaning up. My neighbors also commented about how well they cleaned up and were impressed as well. I highly recommend Kelly's Tree service!!! AAA+++Thank you!!

They were cheaper than the other better known services that I called. I guess you get what you pay for. They removed a big maple tree in my backyard and caused damage to all my landscaping and parked there huge truck on my driveway and leaked some kind of oil on it and now it's stained. I am very unhappy with them and wouldn't ever recommend there services. BEWARE

We had Nick remove a large tree from our backyard and he and his crew did a very professional job and were very neat and left the yard even better than it was when they came. We had this done on a very short notice and they came right over because of our concerns when we noticed that the top had a lot of decay and we were worried about a garden shed that was very close to the tree. They had the tree down in a few hours and the price was very reasonable. I would hire him again in a heartbeat. I will be recommending him to everyone I know. He deserves 5 stars . A real pleasure to do business with.

Just had a 50ft Maple tree removed in our backyard, on the border of our property and a neighbor's side lot. They did a great job and the tree was down in just a few hours. We opted to keep the wood, which they piled up for us. Both properties were cleaned up of any debris as well. They even came out for the job on a Sunday, as I wanted to be there and that was my only day off... very accommodating. Thanks again Kelley's!

A had KTS come down a huge pine, that was threatening to fall into some high-power lines, coming out at the roots, during a high windstorm...My wife called, they dropped what they were doing at another site, as this was an emergency. Within an hour, they were here, and another hour they and the tree, were gone.....good job guys!!

They removed two huge threes that were my neighbors. They used my backyard for access. Nick, the owner, assured me that there would be no damage and they would completely clean up. They dug up perennials and killed the perrenials. They drove huge trucks thru my driveway and damaged landscaping. They left huge tire tracks in my lawn. I have to replace all the mulch because there are wood chips everywhere. Nick is a liar and completely let us down.We have a lot of work to do to correct all of his damage. Do not trust Nick M. He should not own a business.

They removed a huge tree that was my neighbors, but was planted very close to my property. Most of the equipment they used was in my driveway. They took the time to make sure nothing damaged my driveway. They removed the tree expertly and did a great job cleaning up. If I need tree removal, I would not hesitate to call them.

Recently I had Kelley's Tree Svc. take down a very large maple tree in my back yard. I was so impressed with the quality of their work, that I had them come back and remove two more. They were efficient, knowledgeable and courteous. My phone calls were returned almost immediately, and the work was completed in my time frame. They took every precaution to ensure that the job was done safely to all parties concerned. As if that were not valuable enough, my property, when they were done, looked better than before they arrived. They did such a thorough clean up that, less the 3 trees, you would not have known they were there. They go above and beyond. And, finally, they had quoted the best price of the 8 estimates I received. I would have paid double to have the quality of work they provided. I will, and have, recommended them to all who need these services.

I was told on two different occasions that they would come out and price and grind out stumps and both times this company blew me off and I spoke with the owner both times I wouldn't waste your time since he is apparently to busy for new work I would call someone else

Nick and his crew were truly amazing and courteous , they removed a huge tree from my yard and stayed on top of all the clean up and left my property manageable , highly recommended !

Great "Professional" service at a very reasonable price. We were having problems growing grass, and I want Nick (owner) to remove most of the trees (about 30). Based on the problem I was trying to solve, he suggested instead that I strategically remove several trees and raise the entire canopy so I could get more light in the yard. His experience solved the problem and saved me a substantial amount of money. His process for removing trees and stumps and clean up was spot on! We are extremely happy with the results.

I called Kelley's Tree Service to have a large maple tree removed, Nick showed up the next day to give me a estimate. The price was very reasonable, the job was performed 110% all wood was hauled away, stump ground and the property left clean. I have hired Kelley's Tree Service multiple times and they do an excellent job. Nick is a great guy that knows his stuff. I have referred many other people to Nick and they all say the same thing, great work at a great price. One of my neighbors paid an ungodly amount of money for one of the big name tree services and once I told them about Kelley's, they hired him for the next few trees they needed cut.
