What a great business!!!!!

Waited 10 minutes in my truck for them to open the doors on a saturday morning. Upon walking in i was immediately greeted by a friendly employee. A salesman followed him quickly introducing himself and asking what brought me in.

After the sales man knew I was in the building to potentially purchase a 4 wheeler he told me more than I ever cared to know about the machines. He was more than educated in the field you could tell he was passionate about the product he sells.

I gave him a stiff deadline too. I stated I wanted my new machine built from a crate, ready to go with a full tank of gas in under two hours. (I was in a rush to hit the trails) He was a little taken back by that but was more than happy to honor my stiff demand. Took care of all the paperwork, went out for a quick breakfast and returned. He actually had it built, tested and ready to go in under two hours.

Extremely knowledgeable people, very friendly staff, great experience!! I think they have a customer for life now.

On Saturday riding out to Eden realized we were having trouble with the bike, 2015 Victory. Called Weaver and tried to troubleshoot it , instead we took our chance and headed back. Got as far as Elmwood exit. Weaver was there to pick bike and us up in about 10 minutes! They told us it probably wouldn't be fixed before Wednesday. Later that evening Mike Weaver called to say the bike was all good to go. Already! We were totally surprised. Thank you Mike and Kevin for going above and beyond the call of duty. Excellent service! This is why we have purchased all our bikes and 4 wheelers since 1979 and thank you to all other employees at Bob Weaver's too. You're the best!!

While it's a bit of a drive for me, out in NT, I will not bring my bike to anyone else in the area.

As a recent transplant to Buffalo, I was lucky enough to stumble upon this gold-mine of motorcycle paraphernalia last summer. They were kind enough to take my Ducati in and do some work on it, all while letting me watch. (For me it's like bringing your kid in for surgery) They were very knowledgeable and I even got a quick tour of some of the owners private collection of bikes.

It doesn't matter if you're a modern rocket racer, or a laid back cruiser, they've more than likely already got the part you want, and the person to put it on for you if you're not so inclined.

All in all, if you need repairs, parts, tires, inspection, oil, helmets, gloves, jackets, etc.. I'd stop here first.!
