I started taking my Pomeranian/Chihuahua, Bentley, to Mindy for the last year and she has been "AWESOME" with him. Bentley was asked not to return by two other groomers, Petsmart and All Tails Grooming, because of his feisty personality. Mindy has not only been able to work with him but she has found ways to calm him down and make him enjoy his time with her. Bentley now gets excited when I get him ready to go in the car and visit with his new favorite friend. Mindy baths him, trims his nails, trims his coat, brushes his teeth and cleans his ears on a regular basis every 3 weeks. I highly recommend her to anyone needing her services and plan on taking any animals I ever own to her and only her. Mindy THANKS for your kindness and love for animals you have shown Bentley. I've been taking my Bassett/beagle Sam to Mindy since he was a couple of months old and now our new addition Cooper!! I have had someone else cut Sams nails in a pinch and NEVER again!! He loves Mindy and she loves him...great groomer!!!

We have been bringing two of our dogs there for a couple of years now. Mindy does an excellent job with both of them. You can tell that she has a real love of dogs.

My Lhasa is a crazy Dog and most groomers have been sure to tell us how difficult he is. At All Dogs Grooming we have never had a problem and he gets a great cut. He seems to enjoy it there...High quality great value highly recommend them

When Indy is in the car and we turn onto Ward Road she gets excited. She knows she is going to see Mindy. Mindy always knows what Indy needs, be it a furmimation grooming for her Akita/Shepherd coat, or her nails "buffed" so they feel better when her 75 pounds jumps up on us. Not only has Indy fallen in love with her visits to Mindy, I've fallen in love with the services she provides for the price she charges. Her charges re exceptionally reasonable for this area of Western New York. As long as we live here, and she is in business, she will be our groomer of choice.

Mindy is the best groomer I have ever met. She is so kind and gentle with my dogs and she does such a great job grooming them They love going to see her. She takes great care of them. I wouldn't go anywhere else. Mindy is also very flexible and always accountable with appointments. I highly recommend her. Your dogs will love her to.
